Our Commitment

We stand behind everything we create at The Modern Freelancer. If you have an issue with a purchase, reach out and we'll do our best to make it right.

Digital Products

All digital products including templates, guides, and downloadable resources are delivered immediately upon purchase. Because of the instant nature of digital delivery, all sales are final and we are unable to offer refunds once access has been granted.

Courses, Challenges, and Programs

Refund eligibility for courses, challenges, and accelerator programs varies by product and will be clearly stated on the relevant sales page at the time of purchase. Please review the refund terms on the specific product page before completing your purchase.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the terms stated at the time of your purchase, email us at alex@themodernfreelancer.com with your full name, the email address used at purchase, and the product you purchased. We will respond within 3 business days and process any approved refunds within 14 days to your original payment method.

Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider. We are committed to resolving any issues quickly and fairly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in revocation of access to purchased products.
